I am Professor for Digital Society and Online Engagement at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences and Adjunct Senior Fellow at the University of Queensland School of Psychology. My work focuses on issues regarding online Trust & Safety like online extremism, disinformation, doxing, and privacy. My work is generously supported through the Distinguished Professorship Program as part of the Bavarian Hightech Agenda by the Bavarian Ministry of Sciences and Arts. I was an ARC DECRA fellow as well as the recipient of the Association of Information Systems and VHB Early Career Awards.
