- Geophysicist, USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences
Dr. Marshall Rogers-Martinez received his Ph.D. in Geophysics/Seismology from USC in 2019. His work at USC and LLNL was focused on developing improved techniques for estimating the yield of underground nuclear explosions using physics-based simulations. He has a strong interest in promoting scientific literacy and communicating his knowledge as a geoscientist to policymakers and the public at large. Dr. Rogers-Martinez now leads a decentralized finance research startup where he applies his knowledge of dynamic time-series to social and financial graphs.
