I hold a doctoral degree from the Central European University, now in Vienna, Austria. I have been a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Oslo, Norway. Currently, I'm a Lecturer in Law at the Open University Law School, UK.
My primary are of research is international law, specifically global governance as applied to outer space.
