Marion Lauwers est enseignant-chercheur à l'Institut Catholique de Lille. Elle est membre du laboratoire LITL (Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire des Transitions de Lille).
Ses recherches portent sur l'inclusivité, le bien-être et sur les évolutions du travail.
Elle s'intéresse notamment à l'appropriation des nouvelles technologies, à l'insertion des femmes et aux challenges qu'elles rencontrent dans le secteur des nouvelles technologies et de l'entrepreneuriat.
