Marek Martyniszyn is Professor of Competition Law and Policy at Queen’s University Belfast.His research examines the international and transnational dimensions of competition law and policy. It covers cross-border cartels, extraterritorial jurisdiction, international enforcement cooperation, sanctions, subsidies, state involvement in anti-competitive practices, and competition systems in developing and emerging economies. He has worked closely with UNCTAD and has served as a Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network. His wider interests include international economic law and the changing relationship between states, markets and competition.
