I am a Leverhulme Early Career Fellow at the University of Nottingham. My research combines history, archaeology, geoenvironmental data, and GIS spatial analyses. The core of my interdisciplinary research is the early medieval landscape and historical ecology, focusing specifically on rivers, marshes, their communities and socio-economic networks in Italy and southern France.
