Marc Portus

Marc Portus works at QUT Sport and has 20+ years’ experience in elite sport leading and managing high performance teams including being the HP System Consultant for the International Cricket Council, the SSSM Manager at Cricket Australia, Head of Movement Sciences at the Australian Institute of Sport, and the General Manager of High Performance at PNG Rugby League. He is an Adjunct Professor with the University of Canberra, holds a PhD from UWA investigating biomechanics, ball speed and spinal injuries in cricket fast bowlers, and an Executive MBA in strategy and international leadership from QUT.
