Mar Estarellas is a postdoctoral researcher at McGill University, where she studies interactions between brain, body, and natural rhythms through a transdisciplinary and neurophenomenological lens. Her research bridges neuroscience, phenomenology, and ecology to examine how perception and synchronization with the environment shape the way we feel, sense, and relate to ourselves and others. With projects spanning contemplative practice, altered states, and nature-based interventions; she is also trained as a forest therapy guide and is interested in re-enchanting scientific inquiry through storytelling and embodied engagement with the natural world.
