I completed a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Pittsburgh and have contributed to various health research projects/programs: Effect of Reducing Sedentary Behavior on Blood Pressure (RESET-BP), Fatigability in Older Adults, ActiveGOALS, SleepGOALS, Environmental influences on Child Health Outcomes (ECHO), and Clinical Referral to Physical Activity. Currently, I work at the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health with Dr. Kar-Hai Chu's research program in adolescent health care decision making. I will be entering the Doctorate of Education in STEM Education at the University of Pittsburgh in Summer 2026 while I continue contributing to health science research and programs.
