Madalyn Scerri

Madalyn Scerri is a Senior Lecturer, researcher, and higher degree research supervisor in hospitality, tourism, and service management. Her research explores the dynamism of service experiences, behaviours, and systems across a range of service contexts, with a focus on the growing role of service in supporting human flourishing and well-being. Madalyn is particularly passionate about fostering inclusive pathways into tourism and hospitality employment. Additionally, she offers training and consulting to industry operators. Her work actively engages with industry and education partners to advance inclusive education, training, and skill development, helping shape a future-ready and diverse hospitality workforce.
