Dr Macie Alavi is a Lecturer in the School of Applied Psychology at Griffith University. Prior to this, she was a Lecturer at Monash University Malaysia, where she taught students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds. Her experience across both institutions has shaped her inclusive and student-centred approach to teaching and supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Macie’s research focuses on personality traits, mental health, and applied counselling practice.
