• Postdoctoral Researcher in the Brain Behaviour Group, UCL

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Brain Behvaiour Group, led by Professor Jason Warren at the University Collge London (UCL) Dementia Research Centre. I completed my PhD in the same group, where I assessed the brain processes that support music perception and cognition in Alzheimer's disease and frontotemporal dementia. I completed my MRes in Cognitive Neuroscience (Distinction), also at UCL, examining working memory in hearing and deaf individuals in Dr. Velia Cardin's Deafness and Neural Plasticity lab. Prior to that, I graduated from McGill University with a First Class Honours BA & Sc in Cognitive Science. There, I completed a series of projects in Prof Robert Zatorre’s Auditory Cognitive Neuroscience lab on auditory-motor integration in musicians. I also worked as a research assistant for three summers at the Center for the Study of Learning at Georgetown University, supervised by Prof Guinevere Eden, examining reading and math skills in children with learning disabilities.
