Biography
I have conducted research on professional communication with a range of local, national and multinational organisations for the past 25 years. I am the Founder and Director of Linguistic Profiling for Professionals, a research centre and business unit based at The University of Nottingham UK: www.nottingham.ac.uk/lipp
I have expertise in organisational communication including public sector, corporate the third sector settings, including global issues of equity, diversity and inclusion. I have published a number of books, journal articles and book chapters in these areas with a range of international publishing houses. I lead the University of Nottingham's Diversity and Inclusion Research Hub.
