I am a PhD candidate at the Research School of Economics, The Australian National University (ANU), supervised by Professor Xin Meng. My research focuses on gender and labour markets, with broader interests in digital financial inclusion, migration, and education in developing countries. My work combines applied microeconometrics with rich administrative and survey data, with a particular focus on Indonesia.
Prior to my PhD, I worked at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) in Jakarta and the Central Bank of Indonesia. During my doctoral studies, I have served as a short-term consultant for the World Bank (East Asia and Pacific region) and taught several economics and econometrics courses at ANU’s College of Business and Economics.
