- Associate Professor, Rehabilitation, Ageing and Independent Research Centre, Monash University
I've worked in assistive technology research, clinical and governance for over 35 years. As a person with disability, I've lived it most of my life. I was the NDIA Director of Assistive Technology Markets for 9 years to early 2025, and currently working across the Australian AT sector to strengthen innovation and effective use of AT for disability and those who are ageing. My small consultancy, Tech4Life has (before and since my time with NDIA) done work on policy development, evidence review and interpretation in the assistive technology field - mostly for small organisations or individuals.
