I am an Associate Professor in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, and the Founder and Director of the Master of Organisational Psychology programme at the University of Auckland. Since obtaining my PhD in 2013, I have published over 80 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters addressing issues related to employee health, safety, stress, and well-being, via resources building for managers and employees. My research has received funding from WorkSafe and Health Research Council of New Zealand, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health of USA, National Science Foundation of China, and the Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. I am currently serving as the Deputy Editor for Stress and Health, and Associate Editor for Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, and sitting on the editorial boards for Journal of Organisational Behaviour and Occupational Health Science. I am passionate about working with organisations and managers to improve safety, health, and well-being of employees.
