Livio Martins Costa Junior

Veterinary Doctor with a Ph.D. in Parasitology at Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. He was a short-term visiting Ph.D. student at Munich University (LMU)/Germany and visiting researcher at USDA/US and Roslyn Institute/UK. He was Chair of the Brazilian Conference of Veterinary Parasitology, and actually is a president of the Brazilian Association of Veterinary Parasitology (CBPV). He is a Professor of Parasitology at the Federal University of Maranhão, Brazil and has an interest in epidemiology and control of nematodes, flies and ticks.
