Lisa Holmes

Dr Lisa Holmes is a Course/ Unit Coordinator/Lecturer and an early career academic and qualitative researcher. Lisa completed her PhD in 2018; her research interests include mental health, well-being, education and the use of animals in education and therapy. Most recently she has received funding through a university grant to undertake research associated with the wellness dog she has introduced to the School. Lisa has published n= 14 publications, with a further 8 publications in professional magazines. She is also a columnist in the Australian Emergency Services Magazine - Lets Talk Mental Health.
