I studied Political Science (Dr.phil. Freie Universität Berlin) and Anthropology (MA Universidad de los Andes -Bogotá). Since 2014 I have worked at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (Medellin-Campus) where I worked first at the School of Urban and Regional Planning and, since 2016, at the Department of Political Science. Prior to working at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, I lived in Berlin, Germany where I did a postdoc at the desigualdades.network ( Freie University Berlin) and lectured at the Institute for Latin American Studies/Freie University Berlin.
