I received a Ph.D. in business (marketing specialization) from the City University of New York Graduate Center in 2022. Later that year, I joined Florida International University as an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) in the Department of Marketing and Logistics. I have published articles in outlets including Journal of Retailing, Journal of the Association for Consumer Research, and Psychology & Marketing. My co-authors include Kathleen Vohs (Distinguished McKnight University Professor and Land O' Lakes Chair in Marketing at University of Minnesota) and Ana Valenzuela (professor of marketing at Baruch College, City University of New York and ESADE). My work focuses on social aspects of consumption, and yields insights into how consumers influence one another's marketplace decisions.
