I am a social psychologist with a PhD from The University of Melbourne and a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from the London School of Economics. My research and professional experience focus on social behaviour and organisational dynamics, with a particular focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), sexual harassment prevention, and coercive control in organisational contexts. I also have extensive experience as an educator and am passionate about improving equity in educational settings.

My doctoral research examined hormone-mediated social behaviour and the impact of hormonal contraceptives on interpersonal dynamics. I am trained in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with expertise spanning experimental, survey, and interview-based approaches.

I am passionate about applying psychological science to address complex social and organisational challenges, bridging rigorous research with practical strategies that foster safe, equitable, and high-performing environments.
