Libby Hattersley is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health at The Australian National University. She recently completed her PhD, exploring the application of a nutrition-oriented value chain approach to supermarket food supply in Australia. She has a BSc in Nutrition, a Master of International Public Health and eight years of public and global health research experience.
