Len Karakowsky is Professor of Organizational Behavior in the School of Administrative Studies, York University. His research interests include leadership, creativity, workplace humor and organizational justice. His research has been published in such journals as Journal of Applied Psychology, Group and Organization Management, Journal of Social Psychology, Journal of Organizational and Occupational Psychology, Leadership Quarterly and Organizational Psychology Review. He earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and his M.B.A from the Schulich School of Business.
