Leila Khanjaninejad

Leila Khanjaninejad is a lecturer, educator and researcher at the University of Technology Sydney. Her work focuses on gender equity, inclusion and social impact across sport, leadership and engineering. Her PhD explored how seemingly neutral policies, such as the World Anti-Doping Code, can produce unequal effects on gender equity in Australian sport. Drawing on both quantitative and qualitative methods, she works to better understand complex social issues and contribute to more inclusive policy and practice at institutional and community levels.
