I'm a sport scientist and certified strength and conditioning coach focused on advancing equity in sport. My research examines ACL injury biomechanics in female athletes and the performance demands of elite Paralympic athletes, especially in wheelchair basketball. I’ve worked with Australia’s national teams in wheelchair basketball and artistic swimming, as well as women’s basketball programs across professional and Olympic pathways. As a professor of exercise science, I teach anatomy, biomechanics, and motor learning. I’m passionate about expanding access to evidence-based training and making the science of human performance more accessible to underrepresented athletes and the broader public.
