I am a scholar of immigration and aging, and I use data to tell stories about the challenges that deter the full inclusion of immigrant populations into host societies.

My work has appeared in highly prestigious academic journals such as Social Forces, Population and Development Review, Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, RSF: The Russell Sage Foundation Journal of the Social Sciences, Socius: Sociological Research for a Dynamic World, and Advances in Medical Sociology.
