Dr Lauren Arundell is an ARC DECRA recipient at Deakin University's Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN). Her research focuses on children's health behaviours, specifically screen time, physical activity, and sedentary (sitting) behaviours and the impact these have on health and wellbeing. Her current research focuses on the impact of screen time on children's social skills, wellbeing and family functioning, and working with families to create strategies for families to manage screen time.
