Lauren A. Keating

Lauren Keating is a professor at Emlyon Business School who specialises in organisational behaviour and psychology. She is also a member of the centre for Behavioural Research in Organisations at Emlyon. Lauren researches cognition (namely lay theories), motivation, leadership and career development, as well as mental health and well-being. She has published her research in a range of journals, including Journal of Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior, The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Employment Counseling, and Human Resource Management Review. Lauren is currently an Associate Editor at Applied Psychology and on the editorial advisory board at Career Development International. Her research has been featured in Harvard Business Review, The Times, the Welcome to the New Normal podcast, The Conversation, and Breathe magazine. Prior to Emlyon, Lauren received her Ph.D. from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and has worked in the education, construction, and medical sectors.
