Laura Ripoll Gonzalez is a political scientist with expertise in public (place) branding and political communication, urban governance, citizen participation, co-creation in governance, sustainability and local development. Laura Ripoll Gonzalez is dedicated to addressing complex societal challenges. Her current research as Marie Curie Fellow focuses on how urban governance, sustainability, and citizen participation are shaping regional development, leveraging her expertise as an engaged researcher, especially through mixed methods and action research, to bridge the gap between theory and practice in meaningful ways.
