Kyle Brykman

Kyle Brykman is an Associate Professor of Management and the VPRI Early Career Research Chair in Business at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. Kyle's mission is to help people lead happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives at work. He is an award-winning teacher and researcher, with a passion for building cohesive and resilient teams through cutting-edge research, professional development, team-building, and leadership coaching. Kyle's research has been published in prestigious academic journals, including Organizational Behavior and Human Decsiion Processes and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. He holds a PhD in Management from Queen's Smith School of Business, an MSc in Management from Wilfrid Laurier University, and an HBA from the Ivey School of Business.
