Kirsten is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and holds a PhD from The University of Queensland. Her research spans cancer survivorship and cardiovascular health, with a strong focus on prevention and population‑level impact. She has worked with the Heart Foundation and is currently supporting a large‑scale trial in heart health, contributing to research that aims to reduce cardiovascular disease risk through evidence‑based, real‑world interventions.
