Kevin Rocheron is a PhD student specializing in British politics. His dissertation examines the “English Votes for English Laws” (EVEL) constitutional reform and its limitations in addressing the so-called “West Lothian Question.”

His research explores the evolution of the British constitution and the governance of England within the broader framework of the United Kingdom’s four nations, with a particular focus on post-Brexit challenges. He has published articles on topics including devolution, local governance, and Brexit.
