Kevin Befus is a hydrogeologist who studies interconnected hydrologic systems with a focus on groundwater. His research addresses problems of groundwater sustainability and groundwater dynamics. He employs numerical modeling to test processes and perform sensitivity analyses. He occasionally has the opportunity to conduct observational studies with fieldwork.
