Kevin Budning

My research focuses on political decision-making and counterterrorism resource allocation. I also research and publish on topics related to Canada's defence policy and conflict in the Middle East.

I earned a PhD in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (NPSIA). I am the Founding Partner of the Eton Advisory Group -- a boutique national security consulting firm -- and a research Fellow at the NPSIA.
