Kerry Tozer

Kerry Tozer is a PhD candidate at the Institute for Sustainable Futures, University of Technology Sydney, and an experienced supply chain and sustainability professional with more than two decades of experience leading operational, procurement, logistics, and transformation initiatives across diverse industries. Her research within the ARC-funded NiCE Hub (Nutrients in a Circular Economy) focuses on understanding and overcoming market barriers to circular nutrient value chains, with particular emphasis on circular supply chain, demand-side adoption and public perceptions.

Prior to commencing her research career, Kerry held senior leadership roles in supply chain management, strategic projects, logistics, and business transformation, delivering operational improvements, ERP implementations, supplier engagement programs, sustainability initiatives, and cross-functional organisational change. She has worked across sectors including healthcare, chemical manufacturing, toiletries and cosmetics, construction services, and environmental NGOs.

Originally trained in industrial design and holding a Master of Environmental Management from UNSW, Kerry combines strategic systems thinking with practical operational expertise and creative flair. Her interests span circular economy transitions, sustainable supply chains, regenerative resource management, organisational change, and community engagement. She also contributes to sustainability education through teaching and facilitation roles at UTS.
