Kenneth Nicholas

Public policy practitioner with experience across the Indonesian Government, the think-tank space, and an international law firm. Currently co-leading Policy+, an independent emerging Jakarta-based think tank focused on research, advocacy, and capacity-building in sustainability, socioeconomic development, and human rights. Expertise includes legal analysis, policy design, and policy implementation. Previously engaged with the Indonesian Government and key stakeholders, including the private sector and civil society, on issues such as forestry and land use, the just energy transition, climate finance, and carbon pricing. Holds a Master of Public Policy (Merit) from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Indonesia.
