Kawtar Ech-charay

Dr. Kawtar Ech-charay is a geologist specializing in geoheritage and the preservation of irreversible historical remains. She has conducted research in the Middle Atlas and the Middle Moulouya, and obtained her PhD in 2023. Her work also focuses on the study of Jurassic dinosaurs, contributing to a better understanding of vertebrate paleontology and the geological history of North Africa. She is also dedicated to developing solutions to preserve this heritage for future generations, while promoting geotourism as a means of valorization and awareness.
