Katie is Professor in Occupational Therapy and co-lead of the Ageing Research Centre. She is the University of Limerick lead for the Health Research Board (HRB) Trials Methodology Network. She teaches on the BSc and MSc Occupational Therapy programs at the University of Limerick. She is currently leading a HRB funded Investigator Led Project to develop a Core Outcome Set for research studies with older adults in the Emergency Department.
