Kathleen Riach is an Professor, Adam Smith Business School, Glasgow University,

Her research focuses on age discrimination and inequality and the experience of growing up and older in the workforce.

Kat is the co-founder of MIPO (www.menopauseatwork.org), a free, open access resource to help line managers support menopause in the workplace. She sits on the Scottish Government’s Menstrual Health and Menopause Working Party and is a Knowledge Partner for the W20, a G20 Engagement Group focused on gender equality.
