Kate Mulligan is a status Associate Professor at the University of Toronto, affiliated with the Dalla Lana School of Public Health and Trinity College, and a Harkness Senior Fellow with the Commonwealth Fund. Her research and public scholarship explore social infrastructure, self-determination, community health, social prescribing and the conditions that enable people and communities to exercise agency and thrive. She founded the Canadian Institute for Social Prescribing and co-chairs the International Social Prescribing Collaborative. Her work spans public health, policy, community-led action and the design of healthier, more connected and resilient communities.
