Karryl Kim Sagun Trajano

Dr Karryl Kim Sagun Trajano is a Research Fellow for Future Issues and Technology (FIT) at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. Her work sits at the intersection of emerging technologies and public policy, with a focus on AI, space, quantum, energy, and biotechnology, and their implications for security, governance, and strategic stability. She is also currently an Honorary Non-Resident Fellow and Lead Fellow for Cyber, Emerging Technology & Security Research Centre at the Indo-Pacific Studies Center, as well as Principal Investigator for the grant, Quantum Leadership through Policy and Strategy in Southeast Asia.
