I am a Senior Lecturer at UQ Business School, Australia.

My training is in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (MA and PhD from University of Waterloo, Canada), and my academic roots are in Cognitive Science and AI (Hons.Bsc from University of Toronto).

I have taught courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Research Methods, and Leadership.

The focus of my research is using empirical methodologies to apply the philosophical concept of wisdom to better understand (and help to solve) modern social-organizational challenges.
