Julia Brook

My research looks at the role of music education in schools and community and in particular, how we can create more inclusive and accessible music education opportunities. I am a former elementary school teacher and piano instructor. My research also looks at higher education music programming and how we can better align post-secondary curriculum with the careers in music across the cultural domains.
