Judy Lundy

I am a leadership and management education and development specialist, with a solid background in strategic organisational learning, talent management, and learning and development. I am inspired by working with current and aspiring leaders to help them achieve their career aspirations and grow into managers and leaders who are committed to building inclusive, sustainable and thriving workplaces. I am energised by designing meaningful learning experiences and other strategies to enhance individual and organisational effectiveness. My motivation is to help people to grow and achieve their full potential while looking after people and planet.
My career over the last couple of decades has been in and out of the higher education and consulting sectors on 3 continents. I have a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle, a Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Arts in Adult Education from the University of Canberra.
