Jono began his career as a barrister in Wellington and joined Corcoran French in June 2025. He has a background in civil litigation, specialising in resource management, local government, commercial and building disputes. Jono has experience with a broad range of resource consenting, planning and environmental enforcement issues with a particular interest in freshwater and property development. Jono's masters research focuses on the capacity of territorial authorities to regulate for biodiversity protections and ecosystem management.
