Jonathan S. Goldstein

Jonathan S. Goldstein is an adjunct lecturer at the Penn Carey Law School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a founding partner of Goldstein Law Partners. His practice focuses on entrepreneurial and business advising, firearms law and election law. He actively lectures on firearms law and firearms safety across Pennsylvania and is a frequent presenter for continuing legal education providers such as CAPE and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute where he is regularly noted for his balanced presentation of this controversial subject. He has lectured and taught on firearms law across Pennsylvania and nationally before audiences as diverse as the National Rifle Association’s National Firearms Law Seminar, the Pennsylvania Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs, the Philadelphia District Attorneys Association and the Philadelphia Public Defender’s Office.
