I am an associate professor of law and the Co-Director of the Centre for Dispute Resolution in the Faculty of Laws at University College London. I am also a barrister, and have previously been the principal legal adviser to the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales and the Master of the Rolls. I have also been the Deputy Private Secretary to HM King Charles III.
