I am a doctoral candidate in Interdisciplinary Humanities at Brock University, where my research examines how the Russian invasion of Ukraine has reshaped the way conflict imagery is produced, circulated, and interpreted on social media platforms. My work sits at the intersection of history, visual culture, media theory, and conflict studies, and I am co-editing a forthcoming volume on the ethics of conflict studies.

Beyond the academy, I am the founder and host of The Tattooed Historian, a public history project spanning social media and in-person events in Ontario's Niagara region. As a historian and educator, I seek to make rigorous historical information accessible to general audiences through knowledge mobilisation concepts and ideas.
