John C. Quindry

(He/Him)

I am a cardiovascular physiologist with training in exercise physiology and biomedical sciences. Core scientific interests include cardiovascular and cancer pathologies, exercise as lifestyle medicine, and free radical biology. While the topics I study are certainly esoteric, all of the scientific questions we investigate are vetted against the criteria of being sustainable (biologically), pragmatic, and cost-effective. My ultimate goal in these efforts is to disseminate knowledge and truth for improved lives.

I also co-author a textbook on Exercise Physiology: Theory and Application to Fitness and Performance (McGraw Hill); https://www.mheducation.com/highered/product/Exercise-Physiology-Theory-and-Application-to-Fitness-and-Performance-Powers.html
