Joe O'Mahoney

Until 2003, Joe was based in the consulting industry where he specialised in change management.

In this role he undertook process re-engineering, culture change, IT implementation and strategy work for BAE, Barclays, Energis and the Bank of Scotland.

In his final role as Head of Business Analysis at Three, Joe ran an internal consultancy team which designed the business architecture of the company. After helping launch Three, Joe started his own manufacturing company in conjunction with an old school friend and returned to academia first at Lancaster University at then at Cardiff.
